Most people I've ever met know very well to "avoid" Poison Ivy but don't have the slightest idea how to recognize it! Poison Ivy goes & grows here & there. Poison ivy [Toxicodendron radicans] is found throughout most of the BODY OF CHRIST. It goes by the nickname: three-leafed lying ivy, poison seductive creeper, climbing arrogant/prideful sumac, poison deep root oak. [they are generational]. They all have the same general appearance & poison characteristics. They may look to par, act to par, or even dress to par. They seem very supportive and strong for your ministry, but be ware of these plants they come to destroy the work of your vision. Before long they will begin to produce more of themselves...They have a word, but it is not FROM GOD'S WORD! WATCH THEM, if they do give a spiritual word, it always direct attention back to themselves...
Characteristics of POISON IVY are: Poison Ivy can grow as a self-supporting arrogant prideful woody vessel [shrub], as a thin trailing vine running along the base of any ministry, or as an aerial-self conceited rooted vine growing on the BODY OF CHRIST and their anointing and gifts, often found near leadership; prophetic ministries, choirs, praise & worship teams, outreach ministries, but don't be deceived it can grow as long and high as 30 feet or more and can attached itself to anyone in the BODY OF CHRIST that is called according to the purpose of God. Sometimes, it will sit on the fences, undetected or unnoticed. The aerial self conceited poisonous-rooted specimens often have an unstable, confused or fuzzy 3 bind control rope-like appearance. This is the Jezebel, Delilah, and Atheliah spirit that comes along with it. Older poison ivy vines can grow to several inches more and do more damages to an anointed ministry because they have served in many capacities in ministry and know all the entangled routines to get you roped in the things that are not of God. Poison Ivy is a perennial plant, they are plants that come back every year...They never die unless you use the right tool to chop them off completely. They tend to reproduce by sour bitter angry seeds and leave behind more woody self centered arrogant lying rhizomes.
Many Ministries have a reactions to Poison Ivy each year! When leaflets first appear in the spring they are usually notable by a helpful spirit, they are very quiet, a little shy, usually reserved and not as smooth as more mature leaves. During the summer the leaves are various shades of high energy, they begin to be all over the place in ministry usually with a dominant dark attitude; bit bossy and controlling and stubborn, but still very tactful. In the fall leaves turn various shades of red [in full charge], before turning brown [this is their disappearance when noticed with the right authority]. Flowers of Love they seem to be, though usually brief in conversation and rarely noticed, are clustered and small, and are friendly in nature. The berry-like fruit of giving ranges in many forms from being extremely helpful, to bountiful giving, to nice sweet words, extending out above and beyond to be of service to an individual or a ministry group.Scratching them the wrong way will spread the reaction as long as the plant is still in their position. First REMOVE them from their leadership or whatever position they serve in the ministry. Then, their poison fluid from bitterness, anger, control, domination caused by their self authority will not spread the reaction (once the contact has been thoroughly broken.)

My best advice for treatment would be to consult THE PHYSICIAN, [GOD] or make immediate contacts with your pharmacists [JESUS & THE HOLY SPIRIT] for possible over-the-counter scripture remedies.
